In 2019, Wallace & Co. Sotheby’s International Realty established a dedicated fund to give back to our Island community. This collaboration with the Permanent Endowment for Martha’s Vineyard enables us to provide support for housing needs on the Island. Every year, our brokers will personally contribute a portion of their commissions from all property sales to the Wallace & Co. Sotheby’s International Realty Community Housing Fund. Grants from this fund will be used to support affordable housing projects and other needed housing services on Martha’s Vineyard.
